Hopefully, This Will Be A Place To Blog And Socialize

Well, I found my way here with a bit of help. I’m not sure how this site operates yet. I am looking forward to seeing it grow and develop.

I’m hoping to find it a place where people actually blog. To be honest, copying and pasting what someone might find interesting on Facebook as a blog is causing me a case of brain damage from pounding my head into a wall. The same for posting the same pictures for almost 20 years.

I enjoy Gardening, the outdoors in general. I have worked construction for almost 45 years. Fixing anything that breaks it seems. I love to cook, and share recipes. I find it interesting how what I might consider a typical and traditional recipe can change from what seems, from town to town. Don’t know what I mean, do a google search on a meatloaf recipe and see just how many different recipes there are out there for one.

I also enjoy bugging the Hell out of everyone with the woodcarvings and vintage toys that I make in my shop and post plenty of pictures to share my projects.
I have an Etsy site where I sell my items and I do share my site from time to time but never pressure anyone to buy anything.

So with that which I am going to call my introduction, I am hoping to settle in and have a good time. Hopefully.

  1. I’m glad to see you found your way here Mac! This place is still just starting out but I am hoping in time it will grow into something more than where we were at! A new year, a new blog, here’s to new adventures and fun!

  2. I sure hope I don’t get lost and fall into the cracks. LOL. I hope 2020 is a great year for you and your business Mac. Your carvings are unique and I always enjoy hen you share the photos of them with us.

  3. I’m hoping to see original content and blogs here too. If you have suggestions on how to make things better, let me know. My time to work on the site is going to be a bit limited until May, but I’ll do what I can. I’m hoping to attract both writers and artists as well as bloggers.
