I don't know about the English part, I don't think the song would have the same impact. I think part of the reason I like German groups singing metal in German is that the language tends to be guttural and it sounds better with that kind of music. I feel that way about Rammstein also. "Du Hast" in English just doesn't have the same impact.Feuerschwanz is amanzingand some of their lyrics are really great (Schubsetanz, Metnotstand im Märchenland). They should do english versions of those songs.

And Feuershwanz does throw some English in when they think it warrants it. Bezerkermode for example is partially in English.
