Dreamlight is one of Daz3D's top-selling PA's. I used to be a member of their website, and own a few of their old lighting and composition tutorials from way back when. I just saw this on my YT Recommended feed.

He's got a lot of items with 3D Geometry over at DAZ, of course I don't know if he employs a modeler for those, his expertise does seem to be camera placement and lighting. And he has been around about as long as DAZ itself, I was a member of his club way back when. He's always up to something, the guy is a marketer.I never really considered Dreamlight a 3D creator, more a 2D and effects person. They have a ton of HDRIs and Photogrammetry assets over at renderhub. Then again, I am a fan of any DAZ PA that embraces AI, LOL
"Hey thanks a bunch! I've tried various models, including Google Veo 2 (can't use Veo 3 in Sweden yet), but currently diving mostly into Kling, although the tool is just one piece of the puzzle. Knowing what to feed it, how to control it, how to direct your animation and camera, and how to take it from concept to cinematic, that’s where the magic happens. And that’s exactly what I show in the training"
Like Otto wrote, Val is quite the marketer, and he knows there's demand for Daz-specific training. Money grab or no, he's done a helluva lot more for Daz artists than Daz themselves have in terms of teaching people how to use their app. Case in point, there's still no official manual for the damned thing. This just seems like a money grab more than a learning course
