How do i stop it? I seem to be getting emails every time someone replies to a thread I’ve posted in. All my email options in the preferences have been unchecked. Help?

Having been an admin of a working Xenforo board for a meaningful 24 hours or so, I'm going to take a wild guess that the board is defaulting you to watching any thread you comment on, and you need to uncheck that watch button. I'm going to take a further wild guess than Nyghtfall had it set so that that box wasn't checked by default and you had to let the system know you wanted emails. I'll go look for that setting.
In the meantime, click on the watch button and tell it you don't want to be emailed, or unwatch the thread entirely, that's probably the issue.

Correct on both counts.
ACP > Setup > Options > User registration > Default registration values
There are two settings related to what Crafty is describing, and what I configured on VoD sometime after she joined in June 2023:
Watch content on creation: Yes, with email
Watch content on interaction: No
Both were set to 'No' when I launched VoD in Feb 2023. I re-configured the first setting to 'Yes' later that year after seeing the value in having it enabled on other XF sites I frequent.
Thanks, I have it set that way now. Notification by email if you create the thread and someone responds. No notification for replying to a thread are now the defaults.
And I probably would have taken weeks to find that on my own, thanks.
Anyone who already registered will have to update their preferences themselves, and, as you advised Crafty, Unwatch any threads they've already created that they no longer want to be notified about, but the new settings will effect all new members going forward.
We only have 21 users thus far, I can take care of changing that one setting. They will have to take care of any threads they already part of. Taking care of the settings now.
I edited all accounts where they hadn't already made changes to those settings themselves. A couple had gone in and changed them to what they wanted.
