Realistic robots

Haven't they already made a female robot, saw the clip on YB but never got around to watch, China or Japan i think it was set, unless it was a I made up story?
 
Could you imagine having one or two of these to serve and do you house cleaning, leaving you free to do whatever, enjoying your life till one day, they get a virus or malfunction and kill you :( :)
Wait didn't they make a film like this? ;)
