So far, several prospective members seem resistant to provide e-mail for an invite to Renderuntube (I don't know why, e-mail is required for registration anyway). So I'm going to mod the site. Currently, there is no input field for a code unless you click the link that the site sends.
When I'm done, you can be linked directly to the register page, and manually enter the code.
