This was an experiment. I went to Forge and also to Krea and neither versions of flux would give me a miniature woman being grabbed by a large hand no matter what prompts I used. So I went into Fooocus and created a male hand in a fist, grabbing, holding on to something. Then once I had a good one, I created a full body shot of a hot secretary with her arms behind her back, looking upset. After getting a good image, went into GIMP and combined the two to create an image prompt (see attached)
Then I went into Krea to see what it would give me since it has the option in Flux for image prompts. Not even close which was discouraging. So then I tried Forge. In Forge when you do an image to image option, there is a line below the image, below CFG scale for Denoising strength which is set by default at .75. This controls how much influence the image prompt has on the generated image. The higher the number, the less influence, the lower, the more influence. I played with different settings, even changed prompts to make her naked and here are the results. .75 generally was the sweet spot for following the image, but giving me enough variety in poses. .8 gave me the nudity option I had in the txt prompts. Hopes this helps anyone in AI..
