I subscribed to the channel, but aside from the raunchy lyrics, yeah, it's a lot of genera copying, and pretty impressive given how much they've generated, but that seems par for the course with AI. What is is though, aside from the smut lyrics, is mediocre music. It isn't intended to be more. There aren't any musical hooks in it, there couldn't be. Here's a hard rock edition:


And a Dr Hook song on the subject back in the days when filtering a mike meant throwing a handkerchief over it.


There isn't any question that AI music is going to raise the bar for least expectations, but at least at this point, I can't see it causing problems for high end musicians. We'll see where it ends up.

This isn't a music video in itself, but it is one about a musician making a living in the age of AI. It's by Mary Spender, who I started following after her appearance on a Leo Moracchioli video (I'll connect that here also).

Oh, and the Stupendium is investing in some really neat equipment. Hey somebody has to compete with AI

 
When I first heard this song I swore I was mishearing the lyrics. It makes more sense to me now that I'm listening to it again though lol
